Sadly, there are now so many customers that businesses don't consider good customer service very important, in fact, they see customer service as an expensive and unnecessary task. Managers in many customer-facing businesses are now being told that, if a customer takes up too much of their time, shut them down and move on to the next customer.

You, the customer, are plenty and interchangeable. It has become so bad that we, as customers, now accept it and move on to the next business. Competitors gladly swap us around without fear of financial loss.

Our only tool to fight this pattern of indifference is to report it and try to embarrass the companies that no longer care about us. This site allows you to grade your customer service experience whether it was good or bad. Your grades will be reported to the businesses with tips on how to enhance their customer service.
