They sent me an open unit that was missing a critical part (power supply and stand to hold the stand upright). Would not make it right and said I had to contact the manufacturer! I bought it from them 4 days ago -- they sent me a unit missing parts, and now want to not help me. It was a Christmas gift, and it's already late and they want to have it take who knows how long to get made right!  6    F F  12/26/2007

Ordered a digital frame online and had to cancel. Called customer service to cancel, but no one works the weekend to take the call. When I got through to them on Monday, they already shipped the frame. If you want to return it, they charge you a fee.   7    F F  12/18/2007
